insufficient elevators few hangers
the location proved acceptable (it had to be, right?).
The lack of proper clothing storage annoyed me. Only a few hangers existed above the mini fridge. i also found the two elevators insufficient, resulting in significant wait times. not exactly ideal when you just want to get up to your room and, you know, relax.

excellent facilities great comfort tasty food
the room provided excellent facilities. it included a television with internet access. the bed offered great comfort, and the restaurant food was tasty. i had a wonderful time here.
the attitude of a receptionist was not acceptable. i asked a few questions, but he did not answer properly. this experience was unhelpful.

EXCELLENT hotel, a gem!
stylish room functional room comfortable bed glass bottle
The rooms are stylish and functional. I appreciated the VERY comfortable bed and the large shower. The gym had everything I needed and the pool was a great addition. I loved their environmentally conscious approach, using only glass bottles!
The in-room safe was a little small. It barely fit my laptop!

The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient during check in. The staff were kind and soft spoken. They treated me very well during my spa visit. Room service is available and the staff responded quickly to requests. Communication was clear.

The hotel is centrally located a bit off the main street, resulting in a quiet environment, though! the surrounding area offers pubs, massage spas, and a 7/11. It is in the vicinity of shopping spots and close to the Nana area.

The rooms are modern, spacious, and cleaned daily. The bathroom has a nice shower and the beds include very comfy pillows. A coffee machine is available, but the coffee capsules are limited per stay.

a stay close to my heart
immaculate room generous space heated seat modern decor
the beautiful twin room was immaculate the space was generous two separate beds ensured a restful night i appreciated the thoughtful addition of a tv and safe providing peace of mind the heated toilet seat with luxury settings added comfort i won't forget. i also enjoyed the gym it had useful equipment i liked the hotel decoration it felt modern and tasteful. the hotel lobby looked beautiful a pleasant entrance. the entire hotel felt very clean well kept with up to date decor i will not hesitate to recommend this to friends and family
the hotel staff could offer more frequent smiles that would improve the experience

a 7-eleven is just outside offering very nice convenience i noted the proximity to nana plaza for easy access to entertainment options a bustling area provides quick access to various attractions and necessities
